How to remove a 2003/4 Xterra door panel?

A co worker broke off the passenger side mirror on her 2003/4 Exterra. She asked if I could help pull the panel to get at the mirror mounting screws.

I do ok on Chevy/Ford stuff. Anyone in the know about pulling the door panel off an Xterra?

What about sources for OEM side mirrors?
