4 banger to 6 cylinder conversion-need some info

im thinking about converting my 92 nissan 4x4 4 banger into a 6 cylinder and i was looking for some advice from anyone who might have already done this, like how much would it cost and what all needs to be changed.... id appreciate any help from anyone...thnx

You'd need the engine, transmission, ECU, TCU, entire engine wiring harness, possibly a different fuel pump, full new exhaust, assorted intake parts not attached to the engine...the list goes on.

okay, so i shoulda bought a 6 popper in the first place..... but i didn't.

now the z24 is smoked. i've been trying to find out what all is necessary to do the conversion. so far it's been a little vague.

i'm workin' with an 89 extra cab 4x4.

right now i've got an opportunity to get a 98 3.3 motor/tranny/t-case real cheap. i'd just have to gather up the rest of it at the junkyards.

anyone have a pretty good checklist??
