Exclamation New Diesel scout owner with engine issues

Hello All,
I am new to this forum site so please bear with me as I get used to this site. I recently purchased a 1980 Diesel International Scout II with a stock Nissan SD33T 3.2L engine. It was sitting outside for 7 years neglected prior to my purchase. I am having a ongoing issue with the engine locking up. I removed all injectors, used penetrating oil to dissolve the rust from the rings and cylinder walls. Put all back together and it fired right up. Next, day engine locked again. Once again removed injection system, and now it wont spin over at all. Starter just clicks. Double checked starter and battery operation, all in perfect order. I was hoping someone would have some insight on these sd33 engines. I am not to familiar with these engines. Any info would be helpful and appreciated. Vehicle is bone stock! Thank You!
