Default Hi from Montana

My son and I are currently working on a 1968 Jeepster commando. It has been fun but challenging fixing all the damage done by the previous owner. Brakes didn't work, self adjusting linkage installed backwards. Starter jamming, not installed correctly. Replaced front wheel bearings and found only one spindle nut on passenger side, no lock and no second spindle nut. Glad I made it home from Spokane in one piece. Replaced the locking hubs, had different brand on each side. Pulled out the modified cage, not bolted down or welded just sitting in the vehicle. It will be fun to see what we find next. My son is learning a lot and I love spending time with him in the garage.
