maybe im stupid..but whats a unimog??

Last year at the 4x4 jamboree in vermont at the tug-a-truck show there was a unimog particapating and he made it to the last round and barely lost against a 4x4 chevy stock and the unimog had 39.5 boggers. Unbelieable!

uni = universal - mo = motor - g = geraet (tool)
