Have seen some in those newsprint Trader Magazines. Some of those are even on the Web, so might find them listed there.
Dunno about the mods and parts stuff. Have seen pics with a pretty awsome paint job, though.

you are too used to owning a jeep, when the truck is enginneered right the first time you don't have to worry about swapping in chevy stuff. there are a few places to find 'mog parts around but they aren't cheap. i don't think they have many probs with any type of breakage. i have seen ads for suppliers in fourwheeler quite a few times.

There is a farm equipment dealer in La Junta, Colorado (on the Eastern Plains of CO) that has Unimogs for sale. He usually has at least five on his lot.

Otherwise, you might try state or county auctions. I was just at a state of Michigan auction in Marquette, Michigan and they had TWO Unimogs on the block. Both were in nice shape. One was a City of Houghton truck and the other had worked for the DOT.

I see one in Albuquerque N.M. that the owner swapped in a Ford 300 in line six so that it was actually bearable to drive on the highway, but when you do this you have to either relocate the radiator or drasticly alter the front hood area which by the wat I think would be the better alternative to relocating the radiator.
