Help needed On Werner Winch

Hi!

I have a Werner F64 SW winch on my 1300L.

Does anybody has this winch on their Mog?
I know how to unwind the cable the problem is to wind it

I think the sequence to wind is:
Press "A" lever.
Press clutch pedal, engage "B" lever, and release clutch pedal
Press "C" button

By the way does anybody know what is "X" tube for? It's usualy turned down just above the PTO.
