Mule 3000 oil seal problem

I have a '01 mule 3000. The oil seal behind the flywheel started leaking oil bad, so we changed it. Ran for a little while and started leaking the same way. So we pulled the engine, and tore it down. It looked like the cranksahft was worn, so we put a new one in, along with new rings, connecting rods, seals. Got it running again, but after a little while ,same thing throwing oil from behind the flywheel again. Any suggestions on why the oil seal keeps leaking oil so bad?

Thanks

That seal needs to be installed long with some silicone, it just doesn't hold otherwise.
