Fuel line?

I need to replace the plastic fuel supply line that runs from the gas tank to the back of the engine. I went to NAPA today, but they don't list anything like it. Is there a substitute that I can use that would be safe?

Just use steel brake line to run down the frame and standard rubber hose from the tank to the hose and from the hose to the motor. I did this on mine and it works great.

If you don't want to mess with bending steel lines and making joints, buy some nylon air brake lines from Napa. I have two different sizes, one smaller for feed and one larger for return. Works great and much cheaper and much more flexible and forgiving. Just add rubber hose at the ends to attach.

Make sure the rubber fuel line you purchase says FUEL LINE on it. Lots of rubber hose looks like it, but if it doesn't say it I wouldn't use it.
