Question odd fire dist.

I have a delco point dist. odd fire, what does the in side of the cap look like? Every post seems to show a picture of a HEI cap. My cap on the inside, the post are all the same distance apart. Do I have a even fire cap? Does some one have a picture of a odd fire cap for a point dist??????

Terminals are evenly spaced on a point distributor cap. The contact on the rotor is wider and offset.

Nope. By the time the even-fire 231 showed up, (late 1977), there were no points-type distributors being used. Not to worry.

Oh, and whereabouts in WA are you?
