Default power brakes on a 71

I have a 71 with power brakes. I put new lines, pads, wheel cylinders, and drums on it. The problem I have is that the brakes are so touchy they will lock up with hardly any preasure at all. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Wow a Jeepster with too much brake????? that's a first
Sure you just not used to not having any brakes?

Humm,
drums on all 4 corners? No upgrades?
and every wheel is locking up or just one?
or just the rear?
is it pulling to one side?

Sure the right parts were installed?
Shoes to drums adjusted
Adjusters installed correct (not backwards)
Check vacumn? 16-18" vacuum minimum

Good info here: Master Power Brakes - Troubleshooting

Read something about this on another web-site. Look under the dash you should have two holes for the the brake pedal arm to pivot around. One is for manual brakes, the other is for power, try changing the pivot point.
