These carbs require some re-working with additional parts to make them suitable for off-road, like:
Holley 6-513 - Holley Needle and Seat Assemblies
Needle and Seat, Off-Road, Viton, Adjustable, 0.097 in. Seat, Each $21.95, (need 2)

Holley 26-39 - Holley Fuel Bowl Vent Screens
Fuel Bowl Vent Screen, Fits Holley, Each $6.95

Or you could try this one with all the off-road parts installed, (although it's a bit big at 470 cfm):
Holley 0-90470 - Holley Truck Avenger Carburetors
Carburetor, Truck Avenger, 470 cfm, Square Bore, 4-Barrel, Single Inlet, Dichromate, Each $389.75

and also, most likely, either carb will need to re-jetted, (more additional parts). If done professionally, one could add another $100-$200 to the cost of the carb.
You'll also need one of these:
Offenhauser 6035DP - Offenhauser Dual Port Intake Manifolds
Intake Manifold, Dual Port, Aluminum, Natural, Square Bore, Oldsmobile, Jeep, Buick, 225, 231, V6, Each $316.95

So you could spend well over $700 to go 4 bbl. Is it worth it? I don't think so. You may notice a slight improvement, but I doubt you'd notice much more power after converting. The stock Rochester 2 bbl when in good tune does a great job both on and off-road.
