About 4-5 yrs ago I sold my 71 Jeepster. I was a longtime member of this board and also attended the Jeepster Jam in Boone, NC at the time. I'm looking for my baby to buy it back. I haven't heard a word about it since i sold it and the guy was new into 4 wheeling and his buddies told him to buy it because they saw it 4 wheeling at Paragon and knew what it could do. Can anyone help me locate it, or the owner so I know what happened to it? Specs at jam time were red, black Bestop softtop, 231 v6, th400 tranny, D44's front & rear, springover w/custom shackles, 35"MT's, 6 point rollcage. Link to my webpage is
http://www.geocities.com/billm18641 Pics right before selling it show the rear body chopped and bobbed to look like a CJ. Also the section titled "RTI pics" are pics from the NC Jeepster Jam. Any help at all would be appreciated. I believe I still have pics on the members page. Also there used to be a video from Bobster from that jam when my daughter lost power brakes and bounced backwards down the hillclimb and ended up against a large tree at the bottom. Anyone still have that video on their computer? Thanx.
