Talking The wife and I went shopping...look what we drove home!
We've been talking about it for awhile, and finally did it. Bought an 08 JK Unlimited. With the Scrambler "in progress", and the Jeepster with a tired engine, I was driving my wife's Passat to work every day and hating it. She tried to do a deal to surprise me for Fathers Day, but no go. We double teamed them this weekend and got the deal we wanted. It's bone stock (but not for long). So now she's driving the Jeepster for her short commute to work, and I get the JK for the long commute. Have to admit, it's nice to be driving a Jeep that's so...smooth...

I'm so envious! I've gotten so discouraged, with all my half-finished projects, that I've been tempted to sell the whole lot, and buy a new JK. I still don't have the stock tranny in my Jeepster, and I hope to take it to the Buena Vista event...
