Default Convertible conversion

Has anyone done the work to convert a non-convertible (no rear side window) to a "true" convertible? I have the opportunity to buy a "real convertible top and top frame, and wouldn't mind a little body surgery. Does anyone out there have the rear side windows, crank and interior body panel for sale?

Thanks,
Bob

You'll need the convertible mounts for the sides of the tub but after that it should be fairly straight forward. Nothing that time, money and knowledge can't do. But, if you decide to skip the project I am in need of a convertible frame for my 69 8702.
