Default 72 bull nose fender flares?

I need to put front and rear flares on my 72. It's a bull nose, and I don't want to change the front clip. I know I'll have to trim a bit. What are you guys using? And how are you getting around the front grill with the flares?

Also, can you elaborate on the runs in So Cal.? IE where and when? I'd love to check out your rides and steal your ideas.

FYI: I live in the So Cal. mountains, in Crestline. And there at least 5 other Jeepsters and Commandos within 15 miles of my house (between Lake Arrowhead and Cedar Pines Park) all bone stock (except mine), and running. Jeepsters are thick up here.

72 Bullnose
4" po made body lift ( I kept the squat though)
custom Alcans
Pro Comp Add a leafs (just because it added 1.75" more)
Rancho 9000 shocks with dashboard controller
33"x12.5"x15" Extreme Mud Terrains on Western Wheels
AGR steering setup
Ramsey 8Klb. winch on a po made bumper
