Got the fans mounted to the cooler and installed it under the passenger's side that's free of any exhaust pipe that would add heat. Need to come up with a skid plate for it now.
The old tranny cooler with fan is now mounted under the winch plate and will serve as the new power steering cooler.
I have yet to figure what to do with the old p/s cooler with fan. Perhaps an engine oil cooler. But I really think my vacant real estate that's away from the heat has vanished.

I have always thought that the areas for the convertable mechanisms would be great. One tranny, one oil. I've just never really looked into it with any depth. I've got a few dents in the floor pans underneath the seats, so your tranny cooler position would bother me. What about using a double cooler up front. Flex-A-Lite 45321 |

I'm banking on the yet to be made skid plate to keep it out of harm's way.
As to having a double cooler up front, I just ran out of space. Below illustrates how tight things are in front of the radiator. What can't be seen is that the center two slats on the grill had to be notched on the back side for clearance of the motor hub on the aux electric fan. The center-most bulge on the hub actually comes close to being flush with the face of the grill. Also not enough room under the winch plate. Just barely can fit the 10 in. x 7.5 in. x 4 in. cooler w/fan under there. The steering box and brace get in the way a bit to utilize all of the area.

Here's a closeup of the grill showing the center two slats backsides notched to clear the fan hub.
