fuel injection

Hi

I've got a 258 from a 73 Jeepster in my CJ7. I'm looking to get fuel injection to it...would a head swap from a 4.0 do the job? I've got a head from a 2000 XJ and a computer from a 95 XJ laying around...

I guess I'm asking because I noticed a few small differences in the block from the 258 I took out of the CJ...accessories like power steering on the opposite side...so I'm wondering if there will be any issues with the 4.0 head bolting on.
