Default OREGON SAND DUNES, Oct 31st---Sept 3rd, 2007

OREGON SAND DUNES 2007

When:
Arrive on Friday afternoon, October 31st
Leave on Monday September 3rd

Where:
Lakeside, OR, which is about 12 miles north of Coos Bay.
Camping 'N Lodging

We are going to stay at the Osprey Point RV Resort which is located on Ten Mile Lake which comprises 182 miles of shore line. The resort has tent sites, RV sites, rental cabins, and boating. It also has showers, laundry room, arcade, pub-N-pizza, boat docks, and much more. It is located 3 miles east of the dunes. It’s a very nice RV park.

The club has 10 sites reserved for this event, being, H-4 through H-8 and G-4 through G-8. This is in the same spot as last year.

H-8 and H-6 are already spoken for. H-8 is for the BBQ and H-6 is for me.
I used my C.C to reserve the sites so once there, you will owe me the $10.00 reservation fee.

Here is the resorts ph: # 541-759- 2801

I will post more on the chapter's web page just as soon as I can figure out how to do so. I lost the *&^&* password again LOL, so I have to aquire it from Duane again.

Last year was a good time - I will plan to attend again this year. I may even bring the Jeepster instead of the CJ.

That's a pretty long stay at the beach, Jim! What are the new dates?

Edit: I see you changed the dates. Now I have to see how my calendar looks. And I actually had my wife talked into spending her birthday there! (Had something to do with Keith Urban tickets two weeks later...)

I had already made reservations at the camp ground for the prior dates, but I think I can change them. Is there a special area we have reserved for the group. While I am making the change I should look into the location of the camp site. I reserved a site for the RV as the wife is not big on the tent camping thing.

Ok, I'm in for arriving Saturday, staying Sunday, leaving Monday. Do we have a group site, or do we need to make individual reservations?

This may be my "Shakedown" run on her...wish me luck!
