Default Hard Clutch Pedal

Well as it turned out, after taking measurments of all kinds the bottom line was the original throw out bearing numbers were wrong. The correct number was the one in clutch pedal cure which can be bought in NAPA. The 1/4" differance made all the differance in the world. I personally dont like the idea of a hydraulic system because it does'nt address the real problem.

Default Re: Hard Clutch Pedal

I did both and am pleased with the results. Between the hard clutch pedal cure and the hydraulic setup, the pedal is much easier to push. Part of the problem with the cable linkage is that some of us *cough cough* have weak floorboards that can't even support the minimal requirements of the stock cable setup.
