Welcome to the American Jeepster Club's (BBS) Jeepster Forum sponsored by Off-Road.Com. This forum is for anything and everything that has to do with Jeepsters, Jeepster Commandos and Commando models from 1966 to 1973. Our club's main web site is located here as the American Jeepster Club Web Site. Check it out-- American Jeepster Club

Here is the information you need to take full advantage of this site:

Please fill out your profile. The information will help us get to know you and answer your questions accurately. Click the "My Home" button at the top of the page.

There is a Frequently Asked Questions section that explains how the bulletin board works.

Hints to cure log-on problems. The ORC BBS Forum requires a valid HTTP_REFERER from your browser. Some internet security programs block this. Your web browser can block it if your privacy settings are too high. If you have a firewall, disable it as a test. Also, your browser must accept cookies.

Use the Search function. There isn't much that hasn't already been covered. Search is at the top of the page, next to "My Home".

Give your post a meaningful title "HELP!" or "What's this for?" are not good. "Carter YF - loose float bowl?" is good.

Grammar is nice. Punctuation and capitalization help. Poorly written, run-on questions are difficult to follow, and are often ignored.

Spelling is important. You may want to download IE SPELL. It works with Internet Explorer to check spelling in your Web text boxes, and it's FREE!

Off-topic posts. If the post is not directly related to Jeepsters, please start your thread in the appropriate Forum.

Here are some rules that MUST be followed: (else I'll ban you)

No foul language. This is a family forum. If you wouldn't say it in front of your mother, or would be surprised to hear it in a church service, don't put it here.

Don't be rude. No forum member deserves to be insulted. Everyone was new at one point in their Jeepster life. Flaming will not be tolerated! Period!

For Sale posts will not be kindly received if you haven't contributed significantly to this forum. There is the club's own Jeepster specific classified section HERE that is provided by and supported by the American Jeepster Club.

Bulletin Board (BBS) Guidelines:

This bulletin board is maintained, and regulated by the Club and is for the sole purpose of providing its participants with a friendly place to seek help with their Jeepster or Commando.

Individuals, businesses, or other clubs wanting to make use of this board to sell merchandise, automotive parts, or to promote another club’s events or website, are asked to refrain from doing so. Foul language, politics, racial slurs, or personal attacks, are also prohibited. Just use common sense please.

Individuals, businesses, or clubs refusing to abide by these guidelines will be spanked and their post(s) or replies will be deleted.

For more information please contact us at jeepster@psyber.com
