Default 2006 Jeepster Calendar

PICTURE REQUEST:

Some different things are going on with the Jeepster Calendar this year. I haven't had any luck getting in touch with my calendar guy this year, so I'm looking at another way of getting it done this year.

What this means for you is that if you send me digital photos they need to be at least 3 megapixels.

If you want to send me a scan, it needs to be high resolution. If you're not sure, send me a hard copy of the photo and I can scan it and send it back to you.

I'm looking for a couple of garage photos. Also, if you have an old Jeepster rusting silently in retirement back behind the barn, I'd like to see that too. Of course, I'm always looking for good trail pics.

I'm also setting up a new catalog site, where I'll be offering over 60 different Jeepster and Commando related items. I have 9 different Jeepster hats, a whole bunch of different shirts, sweatshirts, and coffee mugs.

The supplier will be shipping directly from their place of business when you order. What that means for you is that you'll be able to order from me and get the item you ordered right after you order it, instead of having to wait for me to get the minimum order, get them from the supplier, fill the orders, and send them out.

Also, for the Calendar, that means that you'll get the calendar as soon as you order it. No more having to wait until January.

I'm waiting on some samples of some of the items before I post the link, but I'll be posting that over on the Classifieds page, so keep your eye open for the link sometime next week.

I like it, but what's that funny looking truck on the left? Is that a Samurai?

Do you have it in a higher resolution?

How long have you had your C-card

That's a broken down old JEEP YJ... That one day (when the Commando is up and running) will get a spring over, D60's and 36's...

I have it at 3.5 megapixels...will see if I can find it and email it.

I got my American Red Cross diver certification in 1982...Then went to PADI and got my "open water" in 87. Have my "boat", "drift", "night", "naturalist", and "photographer" specialties. Saving up dives for my Divemaster and will eventually retire back to Hawaii and get my Instructor and/or Trainer.

My sister got her "Divemaster" rating or whatever you call it. Then started liking to drive the boats so much that she got the 500,000+ ton unlimited license and worked the Gulf for a while. Didn't like the oil rigs and finally settled down? and got married.

Aaron, yup, I got them. Thanks!

I'm still only a lowly Open Water Diver. Got my C-card in 1986 and still love to dive.

I've got some great garage shots from the Commando buildup, including some at the famous Toad Works here:

If you need higher resolution, I still have the original HUGE files on a cd I can send you. Just let me know.

I'll take you up on that. Pics and CD's can be sent to:

Joel Fleischer
448 West Ohio
Marquette, MI 49855

Also, since I'm formatting the Calendar myself, I'll save space for pics from the upcoming Tellico and Rubicon trips. Also, refresh my memory on big pics from the last Moab get together.

Thanks again guys!
