Another Brake problem/question

I have a 69 jeepster, mostly stock, to the best of my knowledge. It has 11" front and 10" rear drums (might be the work of the PO) Dana 27 front, 44 rear 3:73 gears, auto tranny. The brakes work great SOMETIMES, at other times I have to pump them to get them to work, and they seem to fade pretty badly. I have replced all the wheel cylinders and the master cyl. Bled the system a couple times too. It has a brake booster, looks stock, could the booster be the problem? [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cussing.gif[/img]

Yes it can be, if you want to take it off and hit the LA Area (South Gate) I can test it for you. Call if you want to first.

Also, check to make sure the booster and m/c are nice and tight. I had my m/c bolts loosen on Los Coyotes trail a couple years back and started to lose pedal once in a while - tightened them up and was fine.
