Default will this boot fit...

will this boot fit the hole on my transmission inspection plate?

t-14 boot

My grandfather just covered up the hole with old intertube...I guess you do what you can do with what you have...but I thought I'd check to see if it would fit...thanks guys...

67 got the boot holes dont line up exactly but looks like i might get it to work hope so as this is the second one i oredered. got it from www.jeepdoc.com part#948185 havent tried to install yet getting ready to herculine

Those CJ boots are junk.
I put one in my CJ and it dried up and cracked around the bottom to where it's totally worthless within 3 years. Of course it is a fairly dry climate here in SD.

When I get to that point, I'm gonna try and match one from an older truck. They seem to last longer. My Power Wagon shifter boot is probably 37 years old. I doubt anyone has ever replaced it.
