Default got a 73

ok, i hate to say it, but i've gone over to the dark side, but in my defense, it was a good deal, and it is in better condition than my 71 was when i bought it. it has been sitting in a barn for about 4 years, and with some fresh gas, and a half a can of starter fluid, and rousting all the mice from their nests, it started right up. i unflattened the passenger side tires, and as i eased her out of the barn, i realized she is gonna need brakes pronto. but as i rode it through the mud bog that the folks i'm buying it from call a field, it seemed most all else was in order. so this year not only will i be at the jam, but it is also looking good for actually having a commando there, even if i only get to drive it for the easy ride. Heck John, compared to mainstream rigs, its all the dark side! 69, 70, 71, 72, whatever, its all good! With all the joking aside, I don't think there is anyone on this board who isn't happy as can be to see another sucker brought into the fold of Jeepster ownership, even if it is a bullnose. Congratulations! (and that's from a proud owner of a '69!)

Congratulations on your new acquisition Are you going to keep or possibly part out the 71?
