Lenco transmissions?

I spoke to a friend about "crawl ratios" etc. and he mentioned the use of Lenco's. He said you can order them in a variety of configurations and order ratios as well. For those of you not familiar, they only need a clutch for first gear and reverse, and all others are fully synch's for gear shifting..lever pull. Imagine a 10:1 first, 6:1 second, 3:1 third, 2:1 fourth, and 1:1 fifth....all to use without clutch. Can you imagine going uphill and shifting without a clutch![img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img] I don't know the cost yet, but if it is cheaper than gearing a trnsfr/trans, why not? Any ideas?

I believe a fully set-up Lenco will run you several thousand dollars.
