My springs and axles will be ready to go on Wed. afternoon. Gives me torrow to get a new column from the yard and wire it in. Everything seems on schedule to make the Rally.

Hey did you give Larry the stock rear shackle hanger so he can make up a new one? Larry called me and said he did not have it there at the shop. Just bring it up with ya and they can make a set up in about 30 minutes. |

I thought that was a FRONT hanger. My bad.
I'm going with YJ bushings in the rear springs (front and back) and CJ bushings in the fronts. No more hard to find rubber bushings, just off-the-shelf stuff.
I assume that the new rear hangers will be made to fit the YJ bushings, right?

What happened to all those notes you wrote down lol just kiding you.Use an after market H.D. CJ front shackle hanger. Rear shackle hangers need to be made up to except 1 1/4" bushing,,,,yes YJ bushings in rear...CJ bushings in front. I coated the inside spring eyelets, bushings, and bolts with water proof wheel bearing grease>>>used a lot for boat trailer axle bearings.
