I would definatley be in on whatever the club decides to do. I don't have many spare parts, but would offer as much wrench time as my dad and I can. I think this is a great idea.

There needs to be a timeline, with each month spelled out as to who will have it and what will be completed in that time. It shoould end up close to next year's Jam site.

Hey guys,

this sounds like a great idea. I'm not sure what I could do to help but I'm willing to try.

Misty and John B.,

I'll add you to the Jeepster project mailing list. I'll be setting up a email address for the project so everyone can just use that address and then the email will go out to everyone who is involved in the project.
RQ,
I agree 100% on the dateline issue. I've been just waiting to see how many jump on aboard to help out on the project. We keep getting one or two more about every other day....and I'm working on getting everyones email address from the Eastern club and sending out an email informing them about the project and to see if they want to join in. I'll be sending it out today, along with finishing the SW logo I promised someone
and setting up an email system for the project.
The email address will be something like:
ProjectJeepster@americanlizards.com
So after typing the above email address in an email, it should be able to send the whole project group the same email.
We might have to call an online meeting in a chatroom (yuck) to discuss some important issues such as: Target goal for Jeepster out come, guidelines, who the group wants as project manager, project sites, etc...
It looks like NC, VA and MD has the most volunteers so far but I'm hoping to hear from other members after I send out the mass email today.
I was wondering if Wednesday night around 7:00 pm would be a good time to meet online to discuss everything? If someone knows of a simple chatroom that we can meet in, please pass it along.
OK, now since I have wrote a book here....I'll shut up!
