Years ago Sears made some accessories for Jeeps. They made some real strange looking hard tops for CJ-5s, had some really odd lines to them. I'll bet there are a few out there that remember them, every once in a great while you still see one.

Didn't know you were looking for one. I had one, complete with hard aluminum doors on my old CJ-2A, I think I can still get it back. I was selling it for $400.

Default Hardtop

Hey JEEPN-you said you could get a hardtop for $400? Have any pics? I would be VERY interested! Where do you live, and how hard would it be to get it to Kansas? My wife would be MUCH more happy with my purchase of this Jeep if it had a hardtop. I just bought new Bestop Tigertop, but......
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Email, or reply or leave me a private message PLEASE!

Yeah, those are common. Milemarker even has a set like that they are marketing. I have a set on my Scout, good hubs.

Those are Selectro hubs with Sear's name on them. the Selectro Parts will interchange. Most of the stuff Sear's sold was made by someone else and then rebadged. Somewhere packed away I have a catalog from Sear's from 1976 that is nothing but Jeep parts and accessories. Anything from springs and shackles and transmission parts to snow plows, hard tops, and spare tire carriers. Lists Flatfenders to '76 CJ's. No, I won't part with it. Nickmil.

A picture of the hard top is attached. I have more of them, but your e-mail isn't listed.
