And it is so... Guess that I should work on the junk a little.

Maybe even brace up the drivers seat to avoid sitting on the exhaust but then again since the exhaust is new it is stronger than the tub.

Jim did you talk to Don and Ruth?

Dale
OK, I lied !!!

Now it will be May 19th to 22nd

All good but now proven never to trust what I say !!

I need a new BBQ Grille, bummer.

Wouldn't fall through but close.

Bottom is toward the back. If you look close you can see the outline of the seat bracket assembly. The left edge (toward the outside of the tub) is a 3" or 4" crack completely through the tub. This is after I smacked around on it and that is the only reason the crack is hard to see. Also in the picture is the ground off bolt and rectangle of sheet metal that was sandwiched between layers of the tub.

Will brace it up...

Toby and I both have gas grills, but you won't run them, will you?

I'm happy to cook on many things to include an old Jeep engine. My old grille is much like the floorboard of the red Jeep, rusted out. It has it's third set of burners and they are not too bad. But the cast iron grates and the body of the poor thing are too rotten to hold up the other rusty parts. There is a little cast aluminium, sheet metal, some scrapper can have it.

Since your grilles don't do me much good at my house... I bought a new grille yesterday, roasted some potatoes and cooked salmon along with a skewer of shrimp for dinner last night.

We're not staying at Steam Corner this time. We'll be at Charlarose, 765 234 7286. Details to follow.

Since nobody has asked, the details are that the Staggs have sold the park to a young couple who are trying to make a go of it. Since it traditionally is open only for flea markets they have turned the electricity off for the winter. Tony told me that it cost $300 a month to have it on, even without any electricity used. Since we originally were going to be there the weekend of the 14th my feeble mind said that it would cost them $150 to have the power on for the two weeks until the Memorial Day flea market, which they probably wouldn't recover from the four of us. I called him back and told him that we had changed plans and wouldn't be coming after all. Then I put Toby on the search for somewhere else to go. We seriously considered staying at the Badlands RV park, but discarded that idea since, from our past observations, it's either a mud hole or dust bowl, and Charlarose is cheaper to boot, although farther from the park.

There is a map on the site.

Well I will check in with all of the unwashed masses in my world... So no promise to be there in the afternoon. Will do my best for early evening, have something that needs to be smoked tomorrow night (not a main course, just some snack food).

Have you ever noticed a full pork loin stuffed with cream cheese and jalapenos then wrapped in bacon... Kogers has a hard frozen in plastic thing... I don't know but it might be good if cooked just so???

Oh hell I'll bring the smoker and a nice new BBQ Grill...

How about Andy?

Hello all

Guess I missed another Bash, actually tried to fire the jeep up yesterday. Ashamed to say probably 1st time in nearly a year I turned her over. She fired up like normal ran for about 10min then sputtered out and I haven't got her to fire again.

2001 TJ Built, Wrecked, then Built Bigger, then rolled and fixed again, now rolled again. Do you see a pattern!!
