Yep, MTs.I've seen the new tread. It's not much different and looks like it should be as good as the old one. A couple of months ago I found the receipt from the last set I got in October of 2005. They were $137.50 each, with an alignment check, mounting, balancing, taxes and old tire disposal - $550.00 out the door. Think I can do that again?

Wow, that was a good deal. I just figure the mounting and balancing in on the price. I hate all the extra they throw at you after they give you a tire price. The only extra I charge is a fifty cent per tire Missouri tax that I have to show and two dollars per tire if you leave them because that's what I have to pay to have them picked up. What size are you running?

Do you know if they have discontinued the old bfg Mt? I have four vendors and none have it. They have the km2's and the new a/t.

Yes, but not recently. The spare is a BFG Mud Terrain from 1999. The ones I got in 2005 are called Mud Terrain TA KM. Their tread is only a little different from the old MT. Most people would never notice. I think the BFG still makes the MT KM, besides the MT KM2.

Here's a link to BFG's web page. You seem to be correct Jim.

Yah after some thought, that's what was on my Rubicon for about a week when I got it. Not sure why my vendors don't have them.

Don't have them and won't order any unless you get six sets?

From what I can find and my oldest son says, you can only get the bfg Mt in a 255-75-17 which is what the Rubicons have.
