97 tj coolant flow direction

Which way does the coolant Flow in a 97 TJ 2.5? I replaced my water pump a while back and noticed temp fluctuations afterward. Then last time I had it out the lower hose partially blew off the water pump? Could be I didn't get the hose clamp on right but in research I found there were 2 different water pumps made that turn different directions.

Ya only go around once, best to enjoy it the first trip.

Supposed to dump out into the top of the radiator and pickup water at the lower end for the engine. The only difference I know of is if you have A/C the serpentine belt would route differently than the non A/C engines so that might make it turn backwards. The other difference is just V belt vs serpentine belt.
