Smile Just checking in again

Haven`t been here in a good while cause I know everything there is to know about a jeep now .............................. Haha JUST KIDDING.

Anyway I still have my same old 82 7 . Fixing to put GM tbi and a serpentine belt set up on it. I did learn a LOT here and appreciate people willing to share their knowledge so people like me can help people that are just starting out.

I actually joined in 1999 , seems like just yesterday

It's good to hear from you again! Rumors of your demise . . .

Let us know how that TBI conversion goes. I often think about dong some kind of FI conversion on my 258, but the darn Carter YF 1-barrel works so well. As long as you don't think "well" and "power" belong in the same sentence.

EVERYTHING's easy for the guy who doesn't have to do it.

Took everything off of a 91 Suburban. A buddy of mine did it for me. He can burn the chips for the ECM. Runs good , he built the motor for me at least 10 years ago. 84 block with Vortec heads and a Summit Racing 1100 cam. makes good torque at around 1500 rpm`s. Don`t know what the HP is , I would guess around 220 ????
