Default Scrambler AC ?
Anyone have a 258 with AC. If so can you post a pic of it? I am looking for where the pump mounts and how the belt runs. While I am not running ac I do want it for a air compressor. Thanks

I have some pictures but they will not likely be of help. My 80 had a completely none stock belt setup and I made my own mount. There are a few web sites with writeups that show the stock mounts sadly all my bookmarks for them have gone bad.

They changed the belt routing several times over the years so the year of engine is important. Also what compressor do you plan to run?

Im hoping to find a stock system and brackets for ease of assembly, if not Im not beyond going full custom. I havnt decided what pump or serpentine yet

Scrounge the wrecking yards for old AMC vehicles of those years. They should have the stock bracketry.
