I can not even come close to you guys but gooyduck is my weirdest. I plan on trying sea cucumber as soon as I can get my buddy to go dive for it again. I'll try any sea food. we have an abundance here in WA.

If you like geoduck, the try moonsnail.

It tastes like a mild razor clam... fixed the same way as geoduck and twice as good. The best part... no limit and up to 2lbs of meat on each one! It makes a great chowder.

Geoduck! Bleah! My feeble brain had thankfully forgotten that episode! I was programming computers for a bank in Juneau. One night the department manager took me out for dinner at one of the nicer restaurants in town, down on the wharf. The menu said something like "Giant geoduck clam, fresh from the crystal clear waters of Puget Sound, gently sauteed in sweet cream butter and lightly seasoned with fresh-ground pepper and a hint of garlic, and served on a bed of linguine with fresh basil and parsley flakes."

I had never heard of geoduck so I asked the waiter about it. The branch manager interrupted to say "Oh, I don't think you want that." The waiter raised an eyebrow and said, ". . . . Well . . . . it has a pretty strong clam flavor." I should have known.

When it got there I took a bite and called the waiter back. "This tastes like after it was pulled from the crystal clear waters of Puget Sound it was left to rot in the sun on an asphalt parking lot for a few days." "Yeah," he said, "that's about what they taste like." I could have had a Porterhouse.

I've eaten chocolate covered ants and crickets.

I've also tried alligator which was surprisingly greasy. For some reason I thought it would be lean.

I've eaten raw live oyster crabs (you have to chew them quickly before they pinch your tongue) and of course raw oysters.

The most disgusting thing I've ever tasted was raw sea urchin. It literally tasted like the nastiest rotted feet you can imagine.
