03 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup diesel 4x4

I had a tranny cooling line fail, got the line repaired
Now what tranny fluid???
Small town and not much here

Dextron III ok????????

Need to get home!!!!!

I'd use ATF+4, 12, or so quarts.

Yeah, that's what my 99 Durango took if that helps. Wal-Mart sells it in their no name brand.
