Welcome to the board! I don't know for sure who has the softest, but most likely they are OEM or OEM replacement. If you use your Jeep for anything but trailer hauling or high-speed on the highway, it's wise of you to look for soft shocks. They are best for off-road and typical street driving. Most aftermarket big-name shocks are either too stiff or way too stiff. The Rancho 9000? get high ratings because they're adjustable and the soft setting gets high marks off-road.

I'd look at a mid 80's Dodge Raider or Mitsubishi Montero Driver seat. They're made with shock absorbers in the seat, and are VERY comfortable. That may be less expensive than swapping out the shocks.

You can try removing the shocks and going for a short drive to see if it is them or the springs.

| Good thought Will! You could also remove a leaf out of the springs.
