Smile cj 8 scrambler dash and twin shifters

getting some of the last items done for the trip to sd in sept. got the billet dash knobs installed and the toggle switches in for the lights. also finished the covers for the twin shifters.. could not find anything i liked for the boots so i took the oem scrambler boot and cut it in half then reversed how they mounted and i do think they look good... posted some shots let me know what you think.....

Is it really allowable to have matched looking things in a Jeep?

Question question on the seats in the scrambler cj8 project

to answer your question on the seats they came out of a svt sepcial vec team mustane cobra i dont know for sure what year, i found them on ebay about 6 months ago. the drivers side is all power also has lumbar air bags black leather.... had to build flat heavy plate to mount them on. took a lot of work and added some weight but i am not worried about weight....
