Ok they are bent, enough that when I took the whole housing out and layed it in the bed of my truck it was obvious. I don't have any driveability issues, or tire wear issues, the tubes are welded to the diff, and I have a track bar.
So, in your opinion(s):
What problems may I encounter? What risks do I have leaving it as-is? Given the tubes are welded, I have pretty recently put new gears and an auburn in the rear, and what are my options for replacement?

Leaky seals
Premature Worn bearings
Busted Axle shafts seeing as they're are already slightly bound up
Other issues I'm sure
Options:
Sky's the limit... or maybe the wallet's the limit
but cheapest might be to find a donor and swap all your stuff over. Be sure to make a truss this time.
Other option, find a different axle altogether. D44 if you're not going bigger tires.

It's only been a week since I sold two AMC20 housings for scrap. Why didn't you speak up sooner? Of course, one was a narrow-track and the other a full-width HD, but you could have had either for the shipping.

I haven't driver the jeep in 8mos, I am putting the axle back under the jeep and going to have fun. I will keep an eye out on POR for another one (they are mostly in Sac. 90min away) then new perches and track bar mounts and a truss. I love my full-floaters, and gears, but sometimes life says "yep, you spent lots of money, made a bad choice, now lets spend some more"
