 They have had such a problem with this very kind of thing in Kalifornica that some counties have found it necessary to pass "Right To Farm" legislation, such that subdividers have to post signs that say in effect: "This land next door to your new yuppie mansion is being farmed, and that means dust and stink, and cows, and tractor noises and sprayers so get used to it!"
