Default Front end alignment Caster question?

I just took my jeep down to have it front end aligned due to an awefull death wobble problem Ive been having for quite some time. They adjusted my front end (which by the way steers allot better) but the caster still shows to be way off in the specs. I know that with larger tires it should be different than stock specs but factory says it should be 7 deg + or - 1deg and it was 3.4 deg when I took it in and they just left it there. Is this odd or about right for a 36" tire? I figured it should be more like 5 deg. ??? my toe was 1.6 deg on both front wheels and they adjusted it to .15 deg. Im not sure where that should be but it sure made a difference in the steering. Everything else was fine it looks like.

How did you lift the jeep?

If you installed longer shackles then it will decrease the caster and increase the chance of DW.

You can correct some of the caster with shims.

The jeep is a 97 tj. It has a coil suspension. It has a 4" lift with a 1" body lift. It has Currie HD steering that is only two years old and a Currie adj track bar that is also only about 2 years old. The lift is a Clayton long arm with adustable uppers and lowers front and rear. Sorry for leaving all of that important information out.

Then the caster is easily adjustable. Shorten the upper arms and or lengthen the lowers to get more positive caster.
Plus you can get offset cam bolts from the dealer for the lower arms where they attach to the axle.

Changing camber is more difficult.
