I finaly did it. Alot of you have seen my Jeep at the Badlands Bash, if you could pass on to any friends looking to get into Jeeps, the link for my auction. I set the reserve at $4500, if I can't sell it for at least that, I'll let it rot into the ground next to my garage. If I don't sell it on E-Bay, I'll put tires on it and be at the Bash this spring. It's really tempting, i know you have a ton into it and it's a real nice jeep. I'm scraping together cash and liqudating parts/trucks right now to buy a new dd and i'm really thinking about a cj.

You got me thinking Mr. Gun. I took your old CJ frame off you when you were in Minnesota. Saw your Jeep there and was impressed.
My restore project is on hold due to just not having the time. I have the drive train done for mine, could swap it into yours in a weekend or two and have 'er going. I may PM you on this. I have money right now and two weeks off in December.

E-Bay auction ends in a half hour. If It doesn't go on e-bay, there is a guy from Canada that wants it, but that was 4 days ago. It'll still be for sale if not.

good luck man, I had my jeep listed for several months before someone bought it for what I wanted.
It might take a while, but i definately get what you want if you are patient.

Well, the guy in Canada hasn't contacted me in over a week, and Andy has declined on getting a CJ. I need to sell my Jeep soon. For a member of this board I'll let it go for $4000. Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks all!

I'll be at the Bash either in my brothers truck, or my Jeep. We are replacing the distributor in his Dodge. It's the only component left that hasn't been replaced. Thinking maybe the pick up coil in the dist. could be causing the "killing when idling around for too long" problem. We've already replaced the ign. module, coil, fuel pump (for carb), changed to fuel injection, moved ign. box to interior, Just nothing else to fix!? It will drive down the road ALL day without issue, but when it get's putted around wheelin', it dies.
