Default Opinion on '07 Rubi JK

What does everyone think? Anyone own one? will the 4:1 make up for the lack of low end power the minivan engine has? Here is the deal I can move up from an '05 TJ Sport softop with very little mods(2in BBlift, bald 31" MT) to an '07 JK Rubicon hardtop for about $50 a month more in payments. Should I do it? I can't decide I really like the low end power my 4.0 has, but i think the v6 will probably get better mileage and I know the JK is more comfortable on the highway especially with the hard top. These are daily drivers. I'm torn between the two maybe I should sell the house, move into the fire station and buy the JK and keep the TJ. yeah right I wish. Seriously though don't hold back I want everyones opinion on the pros and cons of each!!

I'll take the Rubi over the Sport any day of the week. I'm pretty big, so the JK's extra size would be a plus in my book as well. I try not to drool on the glass as I pass the dealership. I've always admired Jeep's legendary I-6 "Tractor Engine" and it's probably a better fit for a Jeep. As a daily driver the Chrysler V-6 may have the edge. (My wife put 265k on her 3.0 minivan before the trany started to go.) I'm interested is seeing the opinions and experiences this thread generates as well. Be sure to do a search on the engine comparison if that's a big issue for you.
