Default Problems starting a 99tj w/ 2.5L (still) need more info

I posted this awhile back but with the new sight I understand the old posts are gone.

When starting my TJ, it will crank for a "long" time befor it starts. But I can crank it once turn it off and crank it again and it will start right up. Other than that it runs normally. As it has gotten warmer it seems to crank longer befor it starts.
What we came up with is 1. fuel pump, 2. fuel line leak at the quick disconect for the fuel line and fuel rail, 3. Top dead center sensor.
---------------------------------------------------------
Went to fix it today (nice weather) and this is what I found.
the rubber fuel line where it connected to the metal line was loose with no clamp. installed a clamp at that point and also replaced the plastic clamp at the quick disconect with a metal screw clamp. Even with this I notice that the quick disconnect is able to sline about 1/4" adn rotate around the fuel rail.
Stopped at the dealer and they do not have a part no for the quick disconect. they have a # for replaceing the entire metal line with the disconeects on both ends. but that was near $75.00 for a whole lot of parts I dont need. They also told me that Jeep is fazing out making teh part and there is only on full fuel line in existance at this time!!! I also bought a Hanes Manual and it says there is a rebuild kit for the connecter. Knowone knows about that though.

Anyone know the part # for the quick disconnect? When you open your hood, it is the silver fitting between the fuel rail and the rubber fuel line. it has a locking clamp on it.
If not anyone know if there is a bypass for this or is it a regulator or check valve type thingy? Also am I off base on the diagnosses of the original starting problem
