Default Question for JunkYardGenius

I have installed a HEI module on my 83CJ7 using the diagram you posted a few weeks back and it it running great. Now I am going to put the relay in. My question is what is the 14ga red wire running from the relay terminal (with the 10ga red wire to the coil on it) to the starter soleoid terminal (I)? Sure like to know what this wire does?

I don't want so speak for JYG, but I believe the idea is that when you turn on the key, the relay closes and delivers full battery voltage to the HEI terminal via a decent gauge of wire. HEI requires full battery voltage, not just during the cranking phase of starting.
