If you do not have to do a visual, what about a Nutter Bypass? (I do not have the web address but I am sure it can be googled.) I have not done this to one of my jeeps but I have been told by some that have that it passed Washington State emissions. Any thoughts from the crowd?

It has no other mods but the carb, the shackle lift and the tires ( unless you count theelimination of the emissions a modification) It came with all tops, new BFG 33's a good, solid frame, When I bought it, it started on the first turn (and still does) Body is going and as I look I find more, but I paid $2000. for it. you be the judge if I got used. Thanks for all the info guys, i'm gonna read all those links and learn me some! -J
