Slick Willy droped in on a local school here in Owensboro. I think he ate at Moonlite Bar-B-Q . Reminds me of that movie with John Travolta. I did enjoy watching those Blackhawks as I was driving the CJ home from a morning duck hunt. Drove right by the school and wondered, what are those choppers doing...

Clinton came to my high school while I was there and did a speech. They didn't have enough room though for all the students along with every other "important" person in the area so only a few select students could go......so I didn't see him. Then a few years ago Bush Jr. came to Chicago for the St. Paddys Day parade. I had to go through detectors to see him and behind where I was standing were a few semi trailers with sniper teams on top, there was a helicopter circaling the high rises, and multiple police dogs walkin around. Afterwards I could see Air Force One flying away......it was the only plane in the sky and the broad blue stripe was easy to identify.

Looks like W's trying to pander to some voters...Nice looking blondish woman (can't see most of her face but nice skin and hair...), pandering to the young male crowd, and the old male crowd. An old CJ with a chrome grill...pandering to the Jeep faithfull and pandering to the bling, bling crowd. A horse...pandering to the animal lovers. A cowboy...pandering to the women ("where have all the cowboys gone..."). A fence...pandering to all the farmers and ranchers who want to keep everyone off their land, and all the suburbanites who want to keep everyone off their postage stamp sized land. Air...pandering to all of us that enjoy breathing...

He He -- I accidentally got caught up in a crowd where Slick Willie was. Once I found out I was in the middle of it all I just stood back and waited. I saw a guy on a rooftop with a rifle - I didn't think about it being his security. He wasn't in uniform or body armor at all, street clothes - shorts and a Tee shirt.
I saw what looked like an undercover agent standing near me -- He He -- dark suit, dark glasses, plug in his ear - every once in a while talking to himself - obviously trying to look inobvious. He stood out more than if he was wearing a clown suit with his hat on fire!

I told him about the guy on the roof - he panicked at first - talked to himself a moment - then the guy on the rooftop waved at us.
Funny - he kept following me after that. I wasn't sure if he was watching me as a security risk or wanted my help.

A few weeks ago Kerry was going to be speaking in Kingman Ariz in a few days. I was in the hospital's emergency room - heart troubles.
The Security people came in and were talking to the staff about how to be prepared - "just in case." I overheard some of the planning from the opposite side of the curtain. It was impressive at how much preparation has to be done behind the scenes, and how thorough it is.
I'm glad those guys take the precautions needed - even though I don't support Kerry, he needs to be protected - we don't operate like a third world country. Those guys do a great job.
