Default Does T-19 have to tilt???

I am tearing down my cj5 and am building a Scrambler. On the 5 I put in a T19 out of a Scout and when I mounted it to the bellhousing I had to put it at a bit of a tilt in order to mate the two together. Is there some adapter or any way at all to mount the tranny to the 176 level? I just wanted to keep my skid plate level this time.

By tilt do you mean rotated a little around the input shaft? If so, that shouldn't hurt anything by itself, and a wedge-shaped shim under the tranny mount should take care of the skidplate.

Thanx Jim. I was hoping that would be all it would take. Thanx again.
