Default 3 point seatbelt lower mounting locations?

Well I got my roll bar drilled and sleeved for the upper point...but now I'm tryin to figure out where to put the lower points. My problem is the reel is kinda big and won't fit directly behind the seat unless i put it all the way against the floor below the bottom of the seat. But then I do'nt have a good place to put the non-reel side of the belt. I think the non-reel side should go in front of the reel but right now it seems the best way to do it is the other way around. I'm worried if I put it the other way that the belt with chafe against itself. So for those of you who've done this lemme see how. I wanna get this done before Thursday so if you got pics post them soon.

I think, unless someone has been following some "other" thread of yours, you need to clarify what your problem is. Without knowing anything but the information provided in this post, the take-up reel for the seatbelt should be mounted on the floor on the outboard side. The other end is mounted on the floor in the center of the jeep, both are at the centerline of the seatback or behind it. The idea is to strap down the occupant. If the seatbelts are mounted to far forward, the package (you) will have too much lateral movement.

I guess I really don't understand what your concern for schafing is?
