What\'s up with Leon Rosser Jeep?

Tried calling to see about getting a part and got a recording saying that the business was re-organizing? Anybody have any info if they will be back in business like they were? They were my best source for searching out NOS parts. Anyone know of any other dealers that can do a search for NOS parts like Rosser could?

Crum.....that IS bad news! We were going to be ordering some serious stuff from them soon when work resumes on the SNOJEEP. Luckily we had secured some totally rare parts through them already.

Can't really help you out but at the Rosser Roundup last year, they did mention that they would soon be going through a re-organization and changing the name from Think Jeep to Think Off-Road(or something like that).

Re: What\'s up with Leon Rosser Jeep?

I guess they had been sued or threatened with it by Chrysler. I would say they will be back in business.. they were a pretty large and stable company so i wouldnt doubt they will be back. Just a shame that the A$$es in germany want top make sure they have total domination on the weord "Jeep".... oops for syaing it guess i will get threatened now

Re: What\'s up with Leon Rosser Jeep?

Last I heard, the Jeep dealership was sold off to a Dodge dealer and the warehouse inventory was liquidated. Not sure how true that all is as I read it on another message board.

Collins Bros out of Texas usually has a pretty good supply of NOS items as well as used stuff from thier junkyard.

Re: What\'s up with Leon Rosser Jeep?

Collins Bros didn't have what I needed. Rosser always would do a nationwide search if they didn't have the part I needed and would fax a list of dealers that had it to me. Guess I got spoiled. I'm sorry to hear that their existance will not be the same. They were always very good to me.
